These organizations refer families and individuals for transportation assistance from the clients participating in the organization’s programs. We view this as a collaborative effort. Driving Hope TN provides the vehicle resources, while our partners provide relational support, accountability, and continuity of care. Please only contact organizations that have programs that you can benefit from. We do not accept direct self-referrals.
