Meet Todd Reynolds

Todd Reynolds is an experienced executive director, business leader, and community advocate. He served as the Executive Director of CareCuts Ministry in Knoxville, where he oversaw daily operations, managed inventory, delegated duties, and built relationships with volunteers, the homeless community, and partner agencies. Todd has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked as a Service Director and Fixed Operations Director for companies such as Personal Auto Locator Service and North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. His career includes managing businesses, customer service, marketing strategies, and financial monitoring.

With a background in electrical engineering and business, Todd is committed to integrity, faith, and community service. He has co-founded an automotive apprenticeship program and has been actively involved in local ministries, including Celebrate Recovery, Car Care Ministry, and The Restoration House of East Tennessee. Todd is passionate about leadership development, having participated in the Vistage Emerging Leader Program and Forge America. He is dedicated to supporting individuals in overcoming challenges through both his professional work and ministry. Todd is married and continues to serve his community with a focus on personal growth and impact.
