Who Qualifies for Assistance with Driving Hope

Driving Hope is an all-volunteer organization with limited resources so we are currently only serving Knoxville, TN.

We are very thankful for our community partners. These organizations refer families and individuals for transportation assistance from the clients participating in the organization’s programs. We view this as a collaborative effort. Driving Hope TN provides the vehicle resources, while our partners provide relational support, accountability, and continuity of care. We do not accept direct self-referrals.

This approach ensures:

• The referred person is already connected to supportive services
• There is accountability and ongoing case management
• The referral person demonstrates financial resources to maintain vehicle ownership
• The vehicle will support long-term stability goals for the referral person

 

We are grateful for the work that our referring partners do and ask that you contact only partners for which you qualify for their program. A quick search of their website should help you in the process. Please note that not all programs offered by the referring partners qualify for the 0 Down – 0% financing offered by Anchored Foundation.
